I have several years of experience in leadership and team development, built through managing and training teams in fast-paced environments like McDonald’s and Taco Bell. I take pride in being an understanding, solutions-driven leader who helps others grow and perform at their best. What motivates me most is knowing that through hard work and consistency, I can build success for myself, my team, and future generations. In six month I see myself partnering with Vertex Management but running my own office leading, inspiring and developing other to reach there full potential!

I bring experience from both the fast food and production industries, where I learned the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and leadership under pressure. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve studied chemistry for two years in pursuit of becoming a natural science manager, blending my passion for science with a drive for strategic leadership. I’m deeply motivated by growth — both personal and professional. Within the next six months, I aim to advance into a management role, open my own office, and complete my degree in chemistry. I’m also working toward becoming a professional competitive bodybuilder, a pursuit that fuels my discipline and determination in every area of life. I believe strong leadership means keeping the energy high, setting the pace, and pushing through challenges with resilience and focus. Those experiences taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and building meaningful relationships — qualities that continue to shape my leadership approach today. At Vertex Management, I bring a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence. I take pride in fostering collaboration, maintaining focus under pressure, and creating an environment where both clients and team members can succeed. I’m Justin L. Grinage, one of the top producers at Vertex Management. I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, where I learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and resilience. Growing up in a fast-paced environment taught me how to adapt quickly, think strategically, and lead with purpose — qualities that continue to drive my success today. Before joining Vertex Management, I built a diverse background working with major companies like Disney and Sony, where I developed strong communication and leadership skills. Over the years, I’ve managed teams, supervised large projects, and gained experience across multiple industries — from customer service to factory operations and residential painting. Each role taught me how to bring out the best in people and deliver results through teamwork and accountability. What truly drives me is growth — both my own and the growth of those around me. I’m passionate about helping others reach their full potential by shifting their mindset and focusing on continuous self-improvement. I believe that wealth follows value, and the more you invest in developing yourself and others, the more success naturally follows. Outside of leadership and sales, I have a strong passion for fashion and plan to build my own clothing brand in the near future. My ultimate goal is to create impact — through business, mentorship, and by inspiring others to chase excellence in everything they do.
